Ready for the oven

I didn't use all the liquid, dumping the rest like an idiot so now I can't make a sauce out of it.  I will just use the brasing liquid from the pan after cooking, will be better anyways.  Oven is at 275, yes that's a 2.  I like it low, and if I have tons of time will cook lower for longer.  I have at least 4 hours so this should be good.  I will tightly cover the pan with plastic wrap, then foil, then in the oven.
