Decided to defrost the broccoli in water, then dried and squeezed the moisture out

Tim Wright: I love my life, everyday I am living the dream. It took many years of hard work to accomplish this, about 29 to be precise. I am an engineer, and maintain viewing life in a scientific way. I like to poke and prod with convention, learn new things about life in odd ways. I go against the grain in all I do to try to figure out the great mysteries of the universe on my own in new and practical ways. Life is an experiment, keep an open mind and try new things. If something works, continue with it. Anything that doesn't, get rid of. Thats my recipe for success and happiness.
