Traditionally shepherds pie was made with all the scraps and leftovers to make a very cheap dinner. I need to go buy more veggies, still no onion, so using what celery I have, carrots, peas, will add some corn because I never have before, about 2 lbs ground beef, potatoes, milk, butter, beef broth, and seasonings. Will try to make this one quick. I used to make it with ground emu...very tasty
