So I learned of this new craze called a diet. Apparently, you eat salads and non fattening foods. Sounds like heresy but I'm giving it the ol college try. I like spinach, so I added a bunch to some generic salad mix, then to make it worthy of my gullet, I added avocado, turkey, gouda, and some ranch dressing, shake it up and there you have it....a man's diet.
