Griddle time

Onto the griddle, I put a little vegetable oil on the griddle, spread it out with a spatula, and add the potatoes.  The oil helps get color on the hash browns, you don't really need it, but is a good idea.  Add seasonings, I used kosher salt.  I don't use table salt for many reasons, your reason to use kosher salt for everything? Because I say so! Haha, and all cooks.  It's just better in so many ways, but it is better tasting and easier to use.  When baking I use table salt.  Except bread.
